How can I help?
-
Individual work with children, young people and adults
I work directly with children, adolescents and young adults to support around mental health, emotional regulation and identity.
For children it can be helpful for parents/carers to join individual work for all or part of sessions.
-
Work with parents and carers
Parents and carers are the experts in their family. I can bring my training and experience to work together with your expertise to find helpful ways forward.
For some young people we can best support through parent/ carer work.
I also offer work with the whole family where appropriate.
-
Work with siblings
Siblings can also need some extra support.
I work with siblings to explore their own feelings and identity and to further understand their neurodivergent sibling.
